Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Galveston

I had a great time at Popeyes today, especially since I was in Galveston. Lol! The food was delicious, with crispy chicken and well-seasoned red beans. The cookies were fresh and not overly salty. We went around 1 PM, so maybe that contributed to the freshness. It was perfect for a quick bite! However, they really need to fix the loudspeaker!

Popeyes is what it is. If you're looking for a place that can handle any order, this is it. However, the staff member we encountered seemed very frustrated with any customer inquiries. I noticed him pushing his hand against the table, as if he found it extremely inconvenient when a customer changed their mind. Fortunately, we visit for the food rather than the service.

I wish I could rate this restaurant with no stars. The manager was disrespectful, unfriendly, and uncooperative. We paid for our drinks, but she did not provide them. Her name is either Sarah or Seri. I hope the management sees this and understands the importance of treating customers with respect and care.

Terrible timing, I ordered 2 flounder sandwiches a mac and cheese and a fry, and was asked to move forward, 20 minutes and about 8 cars ordered and drove through the line get their food, at 30 minutes I went in and went on to the chef laugh that I waited thirty minutes, she didn't know that I was right there and looked shocked when I said everything was thirty minutes ago. I will never go to this popeyes for a Flounder sandwich again, or anything, and I would not recommend anyone to go here. terrible timing and terrible service.

This is the 3rd Popeyes that does not give service at all. Just order a simple snack (7 price boneless combo). Couldn't get a receipt to my credit card and the manager argued that they could and I didn't pay for it and ran my card a second time. Use cash at this place because you going to get ripped off here.
