100% Best chinese in Galway city..service...food and delivery. The food is amazing. The staff and if you need delivery to where they do. Amazing.

This is an affordable chinese resturant takeaway, ideally located in galway city, the service was fast, the food was hot and freshly cooked, the staff were friendly and hospitable , i would highly recommend this resturant

Times are hard, even harder when you spend 80plus euro on a dog dinner take away at the end of a working week. Just tonight ordered at 630 food came cold at 830, items missing. Food was disgusting will never order here again. No come back or returns either with easigrub

The food was good but the customer service was atrocious. My boyfriend and I called in to order a 3 in 1 for takeaway. We got home with our takeaway and realised that we actually had been given 4 in 1s in error and as we do not eat meat, we wouldn't be able to eat this. I had no issue with this as mistakes happen but what I had an issue with was the way I was treated when I called back in to collect the correct order that we asked for. I called the restaurant to explain there was a mix up and the lady who took the call was extremely nice and helpful and told us to call back in and they can swap it for 3 in 1s instead like we ordered. As I was on the phone to this lady, I could hear the other lady who took our order in the background giving out and she sounded extremely angry. I'm not sure why as she is the one who made this mistake?? We should have been angry for driving all the way home and back in again to collect our correct food with the price of petrol lately, but we were not angry as we know how busy takeaways are and it's normal for orders to be incorrect sometimes. I called back in to swap our orders and the lady who was giving out in the background and originally took our order, took the 4 in 1s from me and spoke to me so rudely. She was extremely condescending and gave out to me for ordering a 4 in 1 in front of the whole restaurant, where there were other people trying to eat their food. She gave out to me for ordering a 4 in 1 when I clearly asked for 3 in 1s. I'm not sure why I would ordering a 4 in 1 when I am a vegetarian anyway??? She condesendingly explained to me what a 4 in 1 was and that I shouldn't have ordered it when it's not what I ordered. She really made me feel like an idiot and the way she spoke was nasty. At the time of ordering, 3 girls beside us ordered 4 in 1s from the nice lady behind the till so our order was obviously mixed up and the rude lady who took our order had 4 in 1s in her head as this is not what we ordered. As I said, this isnt even the issue, its only human to make mistakes but to not even accept that you took the order wrong and to blame the customer for a mistake that isn't theirs and to talk to them in such a way is shocking. I am extremely upset by how I was treated in there, I was belittled and embarrassed in front of the whole restaurant and it's such a shame as the food was nice and it was my first time trying this Chinese but sadly, I will never be ordering from here again. There are definitely nicer Chinese takeaways in Galway with staff who are not rude and who do not belittle you for a mistake that THEY made.
