Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónJalan jalan was always our family favourite for take away or sit in. Can't fault the food, always consistent. When we order is always hitting the 100 euro mark for our large family. But Two weeks ago they called me telling me I have to pay 2 euro more for delivery to renmore after putting in an order for 80 euro. An error on the website had renmore in area 3. Not my error. Left a bit of a bad taste to be honest and they've changed renmore delivery fee to more now, even though we are closer than ballybane. just lost a regular customer.
I have only had the opportunity to try the different fried rice and the different fried noodles. The dishes are quite tasty, the portion sizes are great. They cater to all sorts of tastes if you ask for something that is in their power to provide. As I have a seafood allergy, they fully cater for all of the issues, and warn me about the contents of the dish as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful when asking for your order. They are all complying with Covid19 regulation, wearing a mask and maintaining a distance as much as possible.
Just enjoyed a lovely meal at Jalan Jalan, Galway. It's a fairly small restaurant but tables easily rearranged for different sized parties. Seating outside too for the odd occasion it's warm enough. Staff were friendly and attentive and service was very good The food was terrific. Hot Sour soup absolutely gorgeous. Tom Yum soup excellent. Duck rolls very tasty but too greasy (the only part of the meal tgat wasn't excellent) Vietnamese rolls had such fresh taste and the mains of Thai Red Beef Curry and Vietnamese Beef Galanga curry, both with boiled rice, were beautiful. Nice to see them doing well with takeaway/delivery as well as dine in. Recommended!
