Standing in front of a locked door twice while it had to be open according to their website. Reason asked for kniveger, but no answer.

20 minutes waiting for my bagel to get the wrong ones... When five minutes later the right one came, that uncut with salt or pepper was kind of boring.

You can still go in here. Very friendly staff. Very good and good prices!
