Baron's Steakhouse - Garden City

You don't need a reservation, but it's recommended. The service is top-notch and the food speaks for itself. I've tried a few dishes and have not been disappointed. It's a bit expensive, but definitely worth it. Everything is homemade.

The waiter/waiters at this restaurant were extremely helpful. They provided excellent service, were courteous, and checked in to ensure we had everything we needed or if we were satisfied with our orders. They accurately fulfilled all of our orders.

I made a reservation for Baron's but was seated in the bar instead of the dining area. Unfortunately, we were unable to order the dishes we wanted, such as salmon and porterhouse steaks, because of where we were seated. We requested to be moved to a different table but were told that it was not possible. We were all disappointed with our meals - I ordered the kabob and found it to be tough, and I was unable to get any vegetables or potatoes to accompany it. When I asked for alternatives to rice, I was told that it was the only option available. Overall, we were not satisfied with our experience and felt that the restaurant lacked in customer satisfaction.

Nice place great menu. Decor is nice. Food is very good , nice wine list For western Kansas. Servers are good but could use better training in the art of service for this type of restaurant. It is understaffed at this time three servers and one bartender for a pretty big restaurant

Price fix menu was not so great. Steaks a little overcooked. More expensive than Barron's usually is.
