Many options within the salatable, but be ready to pay quite a lot for it.
They did not have many vegan options, and the one I finished with a vegan package was expensive (119 nok) and did not taste very nice. it contained almost only rooted and some old brown clams that they called avocado. it is a simple place to get eat before your flight, as the options in the airport are not many, but it is definitiw only one last available option.
This is a live swimmer for vegans who want to eat healthy while waiting for their flight in the departure hall. the salatbar has many vegan options that are all clearly labeled vegan. I stacked my bowl with things like quinoa superfood salat, bohnensalat, linsensalat, broccoli, gerstesalat, etc. there is the possibility to take the salat away, and there are also a few other takeaway options (e.g. a pack) that I did not try. 3 stars to give, only because it is expensive, but then again it is norway.
The vegan options that i have seen in this shop are very few, infact i only saw two vegan options which also was very expensive to top put the cherry on top. The vegan wrap that i bought was no bigger than my hand and it is 199kr. A mere tiny vegetarian&vegan wrap was for 119kr, almost all of the salad options contained meat except for one which was vegetarian, and they were expensive aswell. Not only did they charge me 119kr for a weasly bad wrap containing only what looked like avocado and beets. All around, a bad review.
