Whataburger - Garland

As far as the food, this place deserves 5 stars. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is the wait. I expect a fast food restaurant to be able to give you your food within 10 minutes of ordering. At the end of the day the food was worth the wait.

Ordered online 10 min in advance and pulled up had to wait in line another 10 min to get my food. Would of been zero stars but the food quality was on Point so I'll try again another time ?

Friday night long waits. Football game lots of young people. Some of the cashiers had attitudes others were caring. We waited over 30 minutes for take out inside cant imagine how long the drive thru took.

I get home and I am missing my fries, no ketchup even though they asked and I said yes “ketchup please and thank you “. Nothing is cheap anymore everything is going up in price. And it would be nice to get what you paid for!!! $3.50 for large fries that I did not get in my bag! I need to stop being so trusting and check my bag before I leave the drive through.

They messed up my order THREE TIMES , the workers where falling asleep the manager also looked like he was falling asleep. But that's not the worst part THEY WHERE 2 COCURCHES and the manager just said it was a water one and didn't even made a effort to kill it , after I ate Half of my Burger I felt like throwing up and later that night I did throw up . Never going to this place ever again ????
