Whataburger - Garland

It?s been than 30 mins. The receipt shows transaction done at 7:36. It?s 8:06 pm. I still haven?t gotten my order. The front said they cooked the wrong chicken. Honestly it?s not worth the time.

I get home and I am missing my fries, no ketchup even though they asked and I said yes ?ketchup please and thank you ?. Nothing is cheap anymore everything is going up in price. And it would be nice to get what you paid for!!! $3.50 for large fries that Idid not get in my bag! I need to stop being so trusting and check my bag before I leave the drive through.

There was only one person in line in front of me in the drive thru. It took 30 minutes for them to get their food. Then took another 30 mins to get my 2 burgers. When I received them, the order wasn't right. I didn't feel like waiting longer for them tocorrect it.

As far as the food, this place deserves 5 stars. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is the wait. I expect a fast food restaurant to be able to give you your food within 10 minutes of ordering. At the end of the day the food was worth the wait.

Ordered online 10 min in advance and pulled up had to wait in line another 10 min to get my food. Would of been zero stars but the food quality was on Point so I'll try again another time ?
