Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

The service at the drive-thru was very disappointing—it took 30 minutes to receive our family pack. The location on Gastonia 321 is far superior; there's really no comparison.

I've visited several times, and my experience has always been consistent. However, the new loaded fries had very little bacon.

I frequently visit this restaurant, and the food is excellent. The staff is also very attentive and helpful. I gave it four stars because there are times when I don’t receive all of my extra items, or I only get about seven out of ten of my orders. Occasionally, I’ve been missing my sauce, but I consider that a small oversight. Overall, it’s a wonderful place!

I ordered the 10-piece boneless wings with teriyaki sauce, and they definitely didn’t skimp on the sauce. A few pieces were fried a bit too hard, but they were still enjoyable. The fries were great as usual.

I decided to turn around and speak with a manager. Thankfully, the manager was very polite and responsive, and I received a refund. She even offered to make me a fresh batch of fries, but I declined. It’s disappointing to have staff at the drive-thru who would lie about not having seasoning salt when I could see it was clearly available. This should be addressed for better customer service in the future.
