Buffalo Wild Wings - Gastonia

Food was great with no complaints. The staff was overwhelmed with the amount of customers inside the restraunt. Their was about 2-3 waiters for a full restaurant unable to keep up

Everything I come the customer service, food and staff is amazing. I go out of my way just to come to this location. Mel my waitress, Brett the greeter and JC the manager pitches in and has a great attitude with his staff! I highly recommend this location. I will definitely be back. Thank you all!

Truly disappointed, started with drinks and was told they didn't mango for the mango tea. Ordered the trio dip, only find out they were out of guac. Entrees came and my husband asked for a knife to cut his triple burger and was told that they do not give out silverware. We were brought PLASTIC forks for our dine in experience. The waitress did scour the restaurant and managed to find a butter knife he could use. I cannot fathom using plastic ware in a dine in restaurant......especially paying the prices we are paying. Our meal was over $100 and it felt like a fast food restaurant.

Whomever yall's manager is at this very moment, please remove yourself immediately. Absolute WORST service I have ever seen! ANYWHERE
