Dick's Last Resort Gatlinburg

The restaurant seems to embrace wastefulness by using single-use plastics and napkins that are discarded carelessly. While I understand that this might be part of their concept, I believe the same sarcastic vibe could be maintained without causing environmental damage. Unfortunately, the food wasn't great either, as my meal was burnt, which contributed to an overall impression of uncleanliness. The staff was the only bright spot in my experience. I would recommend choosing a different location on the strip. Managers, addressing the waste issue could significantly improve the quality of your establishment. I get the gimmick, but it really doesn't sit well with patrons.

We had a fantastic experience as a family! The food was delicious, and the service was quite fast. The intentionally rude treatment added a humorous touch, making it a wildly entertaining show. We had so much fun and can't wait for our next visit. Just a heads up, if you're planning to go for dinner, be prepared for a long wait; ours was about an hour and a half, but last year we waited three hours.

Though the servers provided some entertainment, the food at this restaurant was disappointing and overly priced. It would be wiser to spend your money on a better meal at another place and just ask the server to engage with you. And don’t forget to bring your own silly hat for an extra dose of fun!

I was thrilled to easily make a reservation online, and everything went smoothly, even during Labor Day weekend.

I really wanted to love this place... our waitstaff were fantastic. However, the food was disappointing. I did somewhat enjoy the pickle chips, even though they were soggy and cold. What frustrates me the most is that we paid $100 and that was the only item that tasted even remotely decent.
