Terrible experience here today. Ordered egg rolls, soup, and several main dishes to include Chinese spare ribs. After waiting approximately an hour after ordering, all of the food came out together. The manager spent all of her time verbally berating the cooks and wait staff. The egg rolls came out as an omelette, chicken rolled up in a fried egg. The spare ribs came out fried (hard) and not edible. We called the waitress over and explained that this wasn't an egg roll, nor where the ribs edible and she was non respondent. The manager insisted that since we ordered the food that we would pay for it. After asking for to go boxes and paying the check, we realized they charged an extra $100 Guyanese per to go box and shorted us our change. Needless to say, this place is under terrible management and I would never done here again.
A Came Boat is conveniently located right on the road from my home, making it an ideal spot for a quick bite. My favorite dish there is the Came Boat fried rice; it’s a delightful combination of flavors that brings everything together beautifully. I believe there's another location in the city that offers a more formal dining experience, but I highly recommend trying the roasted rice at this one!
Great food and plenty of options, but I really love the house special soup!
It was decent, but the food doesn't taste as great as it used to.
