Service was efficient. However, eating left much to wish. I ordered the shrimp penn alfredo. the brokkoli was barely cooked. the sauce was watered down and tasteless. my partner ordered the lobster cake, which had more sauce than lobster or sweet and the sauce was tasteless. they had a two-part band during the evening meal, which was too loud for the size of the room and definitiv not dinner music. the floor was like a trampolin, making our table shake every time a server is over. also could not find a place to park, although they advertise 4 parking spaces, the property was locked in front.
We came to the city for the night from Wednesday, 28 December and this restaurant was highly recommended. because it was the celebration, I checked their website that said: "Please note our holiday times: closed Saturday, 12/24 to Monday, 12/26. we will open on Tuesday, 12/27 at midday.” the website also said they are open on weekdays of 12-8. So we wanted to eat there. When we arrived in the city, I booked 6:30 on open table. I received an email and a text that confirmed my reservation. imagine my shock and disappointment when we arrived in the restaurant for a nice dinner and found it like daylight, with music playing on the parking lot, and completely abandoned. we had no alternative plans and had to clog for another place to eat. if they have planned to be closed, their website should have specified that and they should have changed the settings on their open table account so that reservations could not be made for a day when they plan not to be there. very bad communication and not the right way to run a business.
The breakfast with santa was wonderful! I wait till next year!
Menu's and food were like eating a a very very expensive diner. The lobster pot pie was a joke.
