Outback Steakhouse - Germantown

I came here after seeing a yelp elite gathering about their new items.

Me and my mom just received the BEST SERVICE EVER from Katie (Katherine K)! She was right on top of our table.

The best Outback experience ever! On a whim we decided to go to Outback We ordered a bloomin onion and it wasn't just saturated with grease.

The food and service were quite good, but not exceptional. We ordered a medium steak, and it came out more like medium-well. The grilled chicken from the barbie was satisfactory. However, the "chocolate thunder from down under" was delicious, gluten-free, and ample enough to share between two people.

Bloomin onion is always a solid choice. Same with the caesar salad. The steak wasn't that great though. It tasted pan seared and unseasoned. No flame char or smoke and barely any seasoning but it was cooked ok. I had the bone-in ribeye but it tasted like it had the marbling of a sirloin. Service left a bit to be desired as well. I always sit at the bar so the servers can't walk off and forget about me but somehow the bartender did exactly that. I never was able to get a refill on my soda until someone else walked by and ended up refilling it with the wrong soda.
