Paisano's - Germantown

Best pizza I ever had. Sandwich bread is sometimes soggy or broken into pieces.

I have been a customer of Paisanos for a long time. I like the food, and have only had a couple of problems over the years. Today, I made an online order for a large pizza with 3 toppings, on the 3TDW deal. I was also supposed to get 6 zeppoles. Between the deal and a 5 reward I had, it was an excellent price. What I received was a plain, cheese pizza. No toppings, no zeppoles. I called the restaurant, and was told repeatedly That 's what you ordered. It was not what I ordered. Received a call from the owner. He apologized, and will refund my . I am happy, because I will now order from them again. They have good food.

Grilled chicken salad was amazing and the customer service was great

This was my first time visiting this location, but have always had a positive experience at others. I wasn't disappointed. The staff was warm and friendly and the food was good. What more could you ask for?
