Papa Johns Pizza - Germantown

The last two pizzas that I ordered for delivery arrived within 15 20 minutes of ordering. The first one arrived cold with the pizza uncooked. The second pizza arrived so greasy and cold that it was unable to eat it. I will never order another pizza from Papa John's again.

Worst experience ever trying to order pizza. Need to close this store due to the incompetence.

If you want to know why this pizza place has a rating of 2 stars I'll tell you Why you call the number it goes to a call Center with people from other country who can't even find the Germantown store in their data base BUTTTT They have no problem patching you thru to the store ?? HOW DOES THAT MAKE SINCE?? Anyways you finally get connected the girl says uh I can't take an oder for from u need to call the Call Center. Gets the manager and that idiot says ummm Idk how to take orders over the phone you need to call the call center this place worthless definitely won't be going going their again idc if the pizza is decent you just can't fix Stupid looks like it's Don's or Parkside

I had no problems ordering and the lady that delivered my pizza was very sweet. But the pizza itself? Horrible. Not only was there a long hair right on top (which is apparently an issue for this place) it also looked like someone literally punched the top of my pizza. There was a HUGE spot that had no cheese or toppings on it. Like someone just pushed their hand into it. Now I remember why I never eat here.

Always forgetting something and quality is not consistent at all.
