I originally went to this Starbucks thinking I had placed my order there, but I had actually placed it at another location. Sherman went above and beyond in customer service by informing me that my order was being taken care of at their store. This exceptional service is why I continue to choose this Starbucks. Sherman went above and beyond by cleaning his area even though his shift was over, which I found to be outstanding customer service. Thank you to Sherman and Jackie for rocking it!
I love those who died, I'm often here. I came a few days ago. it was a busy day and the manager was a bit rude that she went to her hired while she snapped her finger and said I had the dings in the back. I couldn't see it as a more pleasant exchange and something that degrades.
Mobile orders are never ready to pick up, just had to leave without my coffe after placing order 25 mins before arrival bc i was on a tight schedule… bad service
The woman who served me had a horrible attitude. Absolutely was passive aggressive over everything, from giving the sugar to me asking for a stirer. “You can get a straw” she said to me. My response, “you can get a stirer”. This is a Starbucks, not some self service gas station coffee place. I don’t expect to be met with hand and foot service, but being polite and having available utensils and some sugar seems like not much to ask. I would not come back.
