Starbucks - GETTYSBURG

This Starbucks was clean and efficient. The staff was not very friendly, but professional. Our drinks did not last so long, despite a steady stream of drive-thru orders (we went on) and the coffee was delicious.

Great customer service! I lost my credit card, they found it and saved it for me in their safe until I could pick it up

Ordered a pumpkin spice Latte 'Tis the season! The first drink that came out was an ice-cold pumpkin nitro brew. The second one that came out was a pumpkin spice that was only 3/4 of the way full and the third was not filled up either. Not sure why they give 12 ounces instead of the 16 ounces you normally expect from a big one. I thought I would share photos of the drinks (see attached), so you understand what happened. They tried to do this right, but also the last drink (far left) was not filled up. This experience is why I have 4 stars instead of something lower, but I thought it could be of interest for management and customers alike. Note The indoor café is closed and Starbucks only accepts mobile or drives. To be fair, the ride through was full. I think this situation would have been very difficult to correct if we had gone through the drive.

I love going to this Starbucks on the outskirts of Gettysburg. Staff are so nice and usually when you go during the day, there is no long line for the drive thru. On Saturday and Sunday it is super crazy so expect to wait in the long drive thru line when you decide to order in your car. It is easy to see if you are on route 30 and also not far from route 15 so you can take a coffee without going too far to Gettysburg. The Starbucks is located in the shopping center, close to Burger King and opposite Michael's. I also prefer these Starbucks better than those in the city of Gettysburg, because it is sometimes too crowded in the city and it is hard to find parking near these Starbucks in the city.

Every-time I order the same thing. The staff is friendly, but every-time I receive my order my drink always tastes different sometimes really good and sometimes just like water slush.
