An employee with bright blonde hair and decently lanky and an employee with longer maroon hair were present when I went to order. Isimply wanted a six inch meatball sub. I watched as said blonde haired employee said I dont think we have enough meatballs andthen proceeded to stir the sauces and presumed meatballs. While neither went to go make more meatballs or offer to make more ifI wanted to wait, which I would have been fine with because it is the only thing I order from subway. Blonde haired employeesaid We don 't have any meatballs, anything else? and I said no and as I was walking away they may have called me and mycompanion an incredibly rude name. We subsequently had to go to a different subway, in which I had a better experience atpreviously where they offered to make me fresh meatballs if I wanted to wait and were much more polite.
So rude. Kid with with long hair didn?t wanna even take my order, made me feel stupid for asking questions and then shoved my subs towards me and my 6 year old as we were leaving even though I was polite and said thank you
Owners treat their employees horrible Rushed us on our order and Very rude Poor business Etiquette
I have never had a bad experience here ! The customer service is both speedy and pleasant ! The great prices top it all off followed by a high quality meal!!
SUBWAY IS ALWAYS GOOD. THEY ACCEPTED COUPONS ALSO.
