Le Pain Quotidien Kalandeberg - Ghent

We had breakfast there this morning. We can eat a vegan croissant, vegan muffin, veganistic spin and vegan monilleux. And an avocado toast. That was delicious. The muffin was the least.

I'm glad there's something open for half ten. Very good breakfast. A few vegan options.

We ordered a vegan dish. the fruit side came with milk. the waitress said it was full milk. for a dish called vegan written as a vegan dish. f*

Impressed by the number of available vegan options (all marked with a small carrot on the menu). really nice eating, beautiful atmosphere and the restaurant is beautifully decorated, but it is a little on the expensive side.

Visited in October 2016. if they were in le pain quotidien (lpq), then they know that they are the same in the round (same food, same inner). vegan items are marked with a carrot mark. this is conveniently located in the city center, and it was one of the few breakfast options we had for Sunday. we had a fountain that was good, but maybe it would have been a bit more. unlike lpq’s in France, in Belgium they give them a chocolate with their coffee, which is beautiful. in this industry was the personal friendly and attentive. there are always many possibilities for vegans, so it is a good back-up place.
