Shell - Glade Spring

My daughter was happy to get out of the house for the first time since her surgery and she tripped and about fell into the stuff animal display and when she did the cashier yelled at her “ HEY HEY HEY HEY” one she’s not your kid two it was an accident three DONNA learn how to treat your customers and don’t be rude by shaking your head and yelling at someone’s child and then being rude to the parent.

In no way is this the cashier's fault but when you have customers that have no schedule and Shell will only use one cashier at a time then there are long lines. Finally left and went somewhere else.

The pumps are old, hard to read in sunlight, and some control panels go out ; often out of paper for the receipts at the pump; car wash rarely if ever operates (broken, closed/ignored by staff, etc.

I once slept in the parking lot here for 4 hours and I didn’t die, but I was pretty sure I would. So that’s a 5 Star experience in my book. Thankful to have found it when I did, cause I didn’t have any strength to stay awake any longer. Thanks!!
