Gasthaus Sonne - Glarus Sued

Host (older dame) extremely rude and unwilling. despite the proximity to the room and dinner, the waitress was unfriendly and seemed in the rule with her roll (maintainer). You're done, they've finally been going to business for weeks. they lead...a hotel restaurant regular friendly and friendly with guests. not too complicated a concept!

The village elm is fucked at the far end of the Sernf Valley and surrounded by beautiful mountains. the restaurant sun is located at the entrance of the village and is a traditional restaurant that offers simple and yet tasty Swiss food. the terrace offers a magnificent view of the...Glarner alpen. I started with an asparagus cream soup with no fuss and tasty. as a main course I chose the white-saving and gazed carrots served calf. the part proved to be really generous, the flesh was delicate and perfectly prepared. as dessert I had three shovels (vanilla, chocolate) of the homemade eise: actually very good and tasteful. I felt disappointed by the service. the chef, who is also the owner, did not come out to welcome me... although I was one of only two guests at midday! his wife did the service; she was always polite, but slightly cold. Ausgangspunkt für die Wanderung über den Panixerpass nach Pigniu. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und professionell bedient, gutes Essen, sehr schönes Zimmer (neu, mit Dusche und WC). Für die Wanderung bestellten wir Tee und Sandwiches diese wurden frisch und prompt am Morgen bereitgestellt.

Despite having spent close to CHF600 on rooms and dinner, the waitress hostess was unfriendly and seemed generally upset with her role (serving people). Get real! You finally have business after 10 weeks of lockdown. You run a hotel restaurant rule #1: be welcoming and friendly with guests. Not too complicated a concept!
