Contribuir a la retroalimentación2 words. PINK CHICKEN. My wife was outraged to see pink chicken, forcing her to leave her food after a few bites. I was only later informed after her having some poor symptoms of ill health, that her chicken WAS PINK. Unbelievable. For such a big franchise, very poor…smh.
Shout out to the fantastic staff at this restaurant on Monday 24th July when we visited for lunch. Young female possibly manager? , not sure but she should be! and lovely guy. They were so friendly and lovely and seemed to take real pride in their job. Just sorry I didn’t get their names.
I am usually very pleased with my visits to Nando's, but when I tried the one in Glasgow, I was disappointed. The staff seemed inexperienced and uninterested. When I asked for mayonnaise, my request was ignored by the staff member.
The quinoa salad was disappointing as it was missing key ingredients such as croutons, feta, and a proper serving of quinoa. Despite the staff's effort to substitute nuts for croutons, the overall salad lacked flavor and substance. When I asked for the missing feta to be added, the salad returned with still missing quinoa, dressing, and croutons, and only a few sun-dried tomatoes and feta.
Best Nando’s I’ve visited and Julie the manager made our experience. We visited later in the evening when they were winding down but she went above and beyond to make us welcome and gave us a flavour of local culture. What a star.
