Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

The burger was amazing, the fries were perfectly portioned and delicious, and the milkshake was a great dessert. Although one of my seasoning packets was empty, it didn't really affect my overall experience.

Freddy's consistently leaves out items from my orders. They do not accommodate any changes or condiment requests. It's not worth it.

The burger was missing sauce and seasoning as requested and there was no fry sauce available for the fries.

This place charged me a fortune then did not give me everything I ordered. I ordered 2 bottles of Famous Fry Sauce and they charged me for them both but did not give them to me. They also forgot one of my hamburgers. I would have thought the dashers checked your order to ensure everything was there, but I guess not.

Fish sandwiches were just thrown together. Requested no lettuce or pickles, got both. Order a regular fries fo my dad, they didnt come. My Chili cheese fries we so cold it was like they came out of the fridge, and just thrown into the box. Oh, and that single steak burger? It wasnt worth the price . Bitter pickles and cheese that was literally a millimeter thick. You can SEE the steak patty through the cheese. Also, no napkins , no fork for the chili fries...guess Im having leftover pizza. I wouldnt feed this to my dog.
