The restaurant selectively chooses who they deliver to, and they have a very rude manager who seems better suited for a different line of work, as customer service isn't her forte. They claimed that they had no drivers available, but then they admitted that they actually had drivers, only for her to deny ever saying that. Furthermore, I've consistently faced issues even when picking up my orders. They're either cold or haven't even made it to the oven. Why provide wait times if the orders aren't going to be ready? They really need to hire new staff.
UPDATE: I called to follow up and was told that the kitchen had canceled my order without notifying me. They promised a refund, and I was hoping to return with a positive update. Unfortunately, a week has passed, and the online order still shows it as out for delivery, with no refund issued yet. Every time I call, the manager is unavailable, no matter what time it is. It seems like this particular franchise location has some serious issues, which is disappointing because I genuinely enjoy the food.
Robyn was extremely polite and processed my order quickly. While I waited in the lobby for my meal, I was impressed to see her effectively managing her area while training a new driver. She provided great tips, clear instructions, and displayed remarkable patience. She truly is a gem. Customer service has definitely improved!
This is the worst place to get pizza. This is the third time I’ve ordered a pizza, and it always looks unappetizing and has hardly any cheese. I wouldn't recommend ordering pizza from here.
