El Tradicional Mexican Cantina Glenview

Great restaurant. inattentive and poor service. after a long delay we were told to the pork for the tacos we ordered that it was not good and they could not operate it. we canceled the Tacos job. bark meat used for fajitas was of very poor quality, badly boiled a fat. no taste or spicy rice and drilling served cold, waiter brought what he said was a new serve. the presumably new portion was up to the point of complete drying of the rice and warming of the beans to the point that they burned their mouth. hidden and bad aromatized beans. sauce for chips tasteless, in a round an orange, watery salsa. the salsa verde we have requested, not much better. chips ok. place is dirty, noisy and aged. does not belong in the glen.

This place had a diverse group of patrons. Families, young people and a surprise party going on yet everyone in the restaurant was treated like family. The service was top notch and the food was awesome. I had the steak and shrimp fajita. The veggies were fresh the steak tender and the shrimp huge. My friend had a combination of steak, enchilada and cucumber salad. She loved every bite. I highly recommend this restaurant.

No record of our reservation, sat at the bar ordered drinks and food, 25 minutes later recommended, our table was ready not to use guacamole on Taco salad (bartender provided free beer).

Our reservation has not been honoured. The restaurant guest did not even have access to a computer to search for my open table reservation. He sat two tables before us, both without reservations. There were no more open tables. I asked the manager to see, but after more than 10 minutes we'll wait. Terrible experience.

Really cut size parts and made mistakes when ordering appetizers to dinner Also a broken glass with my drink in it. Waited on our server and finally came a guy and asked if we needed something and we said the service would be nice. Quality and quantity have decreased and I will not go back soon.
