Amazing lunch! teriyaki chicken on a steaming plate is one that makes me beat! it was hot when I broke it down. my wife enjoyed an enormous help from sweet and chicken combo. unhappyly pleasing and we will return. thanks kedai and personal!
A hidden gem for a quick bite of Japanese. Highly recommend the dinner bento boxes. They are well worth the price! Bubble tea is too high priced for the quality. Idk about the others but the classic milk tea had a 'shake-like ' consistency which makes me think it 's been made from powder. Boba has little taste and is too soft. That being said I drank it all. I would say it 's good enough to scratch the itch. About what I would expect in the Midwest. Shout out to David for excellent service!
For my main course, I chose a bowl of Steak Pho and a Philadelphia roll. The broth in the pho was incredibly well-seasoned and delicious. The steak was tender, and the portion size was just right. The Philadelphia roll was also very tasty, with fresh-tasting salmon. Overall, I would highly recommend Kedai Pho to anyone visiting the Glenwood Springs area.
We returned from Japan a month ago, and during our trip to Vietnam in December, we had pho several times. We felt it was essential to try and compare. The restaurant exceeded our expectations. I ordered the beef pho and enjoyed it while using chopsticks. I left feeling that the experience was truly authentic.
