As a native Bostonian living in Florida, I miss New England’s selection of amazing, fresh seafood. Now that I found The Fresh Lobster Company, I no longer have to miss out on my favorites dishes. I’ve been ordering from them for over 5 years and they never disappoint. The lobster, fish and shellfish always arrive expertly packed and fresh. Their team is has always been so helpful and accommodating. I wouldn’t order from anyone else.

For the last couple years I have been ordering lobster tails from The Fresh Lobster Company and never had a bad experience. I always order 16 to 18 ounces. My last order the sent me were their 12 ounce. I called and sent them pictures. They right away apologized, told me to enjoy the 12 ounce tails and sent me the 16 to 18 ounces at no extra charge. They arrived the next morning. Excellent Customer Service. I could not be happier.

I currently live in Israel and two childhood friends that I remain close to recently turned 60. They live in disparate parts of the US and finding and delivering a special gift was a challenge, until I found The Fresh Lobster Company. I wanted to give them something really special. We called last minute on a Friday…oh no! Right?! Ted was wonderful!!! We had 10 live Lobsters and 10 lbs of fresh steamers delivered next day for my husband’s 60th birthday!! Everything tasted amazing! Our guests were thrilled and my husband was so excited to have a taste of home. We’re looking forward to doing business with The Fresh Lobster Company for all our future seafood needs!!!
