Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI don’t often write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my recent experience at this restaurant, which I visit nearly every day. Today, I ordered a small hot coffee (thankfully, just a small one), and unfortunately, the lid was not secured at all. This caused the coffee to spill and burn my hands and lap. When I brought this to the staff's attention, I was told it was my fault for how I held the cup, which I find completely unacceptable. It’s essential that lids are properly fastened, as someone else might not react as calmly as I did. I'm currently 18 weeks pregnant, and this situation could have been far worse. I was quite upset and had to pull over outside because I was distressed from the burns. However, I do want to express my gratitude to one of the staff members who came over to check on me; that was much appreciated.
Despite the dreary weather and the few options available, I ended up enjoying my coffee and working on my laptop for a much longer time than I typically would. I ordered just a small coffee, yet the staff was incredibly welcoming and made sure I never felt hurried. In fact, the friendly young woman at the counter even offered to give me a complimentary refill on my small coffee when I requested a lid before leaving! All in all, it was a lovely experience.
Last night, I purchased a box of 25 assorted Munchkins for my toddlers, but it turned out to be quite a disappointing experience. My daughter had to hurry to the bathroom during the night, and my other toddler, who is still in diapers, also suffered from diarrhea. Out of curiosity, I decided to try one myself and was really let down; they tasted stale, like bread that had been left out for a week, and had an odd flavor. It then occurred to me how quickly the employee handed me the box after I placed my order – it was clearly pre-packaged. I plan to return it.
The staff at this restaurant are unprofessional. They frequently mess up my orders, and when I request a correction, some of them respond with attitude and rudeness. While it's not every employee, it has happened far too often.
I've been ordering from this Dunkin' for the past three years since it's the closest one to my home. However, I'm now considering going to a different location because this one is extremely inconsistent. When I order a drink at another Dunkin', it's delicious, but here it tastes like watered-down coffee. They frequently refuse to prepare drinks as I've requested, and I've received the wrong food items multiple times—like when I ordered a chocolate donut and got a glazed one instead, or when I asked for a sandwich on a bagel and received a biscuit. Overall, I would definitely not recommend this place.
