We unexpectedly stopped by Golden for lunch after checking it out on Yelp after surfing. We noticed a woman waiting for the place to open and heard about the long wait times and its popularity over the years. We chatted with her for a bit and decided to give it a try. The menu had an impressive variety of sandwich options, many of which were unique. We ordered the fantastic "Banano," which was more than enough for the two of us. The blend of cream cheese and honey with the spicy salami and paprika was simply delightful. The space was small but had plenty of seating without feeling overcrowded!

It was an exceptionally hot day in Golden, so we brought our dogs to the river. The people we met there were so friendly! They even encouraged us to let our dogs run by the river and offered us some turkey for them. This was a great experience for us, especially since we recently moved from San Diego. If you're looking for a wonderful spot with a welcoming atmosphere and friendly faces, this is the place to be. Our dogs say thank you too!

Quite the choice of sandwiches here, some very appealing, some not so much. we enjoyed the bison pastrami, Italian sandwiches and ba mihn packaging, all delicious, user friendly waiters who are proud to make delicious sandwiches. will definitely be back.

I can't believe this place was reviewed so well. All 6 of us were disappointed by the quality but we did get the less traditional al stuff. The bread was not toasted and got soggy quick from the food and the sauces tasted cheap. The cold cut sandwiches were better. Skip the chicken, sausage and tuna. Cute place though.
