We were looking for some healthy dining options while on vacation and this place hit the spot! We should have shared meals as we ordered too much but took leftovers home with us as it was so good! They were out of steak, so the girls got chicken chipotle wraps, and we also got the hummus and takitos and butternut soup. Hard to pick which was my favorite. I loved both the soup and the hummus, wish we had time to go back and try everything on the menu. Thank you for such good clean food!! Wish there was one close to home as well. Had lunch at Sea Salt today. The homemade butternut soup and the avocado bruschetta were as good or better than any I’ve ever tasted! The staff out front as well as in the kitchen was attentive and friendly! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
This is one of my favorite places to eat. They have the best health food. Try the Mexican bowl and the tomato basil soup! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Wow, this place really knocked my socks off in every way! It 's not just because the food was excellent, but it was the care that was taken while preparing and serving it. The first thing that struck me was the wide range of plant-based options available. Being vegetarian in southeast Georgia can be challenging. But not at Sea Salt. I chose the build your own wrap, and it was amazing! The pesto aioli sauce was perfect and all the vegetables and fruits were fresh. The wrap was packed with flavor. The best part was the softness of the wrap and the fact that nothing leaked out because they took the time to sear the underside where it all came together. This is the kind of meal that is a pleasure to pay for. It 's been a while since I 've eaten somewhere that takes this kind of care to enhance the customer experience. I also appreciated the compostable take-home containers. And don 't forget dessert. We had the Chia Bowl which was divine. If you want a change to the routine fried/meat/cheese that is a staple in southeast Georgia, I highly recommend Sea Salt. You will also certainly impress your out-of-town guests with a meal here, as well. I can 't wait to return!
