Fogón Del Cibao - Goulds

Decided to try something new and they did not disappoint. Got the shrimp plantain cups and the steak chimi. Everything was amazing!

Missing ketchup on the yaroa but the chicken was seasoned good and the chimi was amazing

The shrimp mofongo was salty, mofongo was dry and the chicken breast had way too much seasoning

Food was piping hot. I ordered the Picadera Mixta (Bandeja Mixta) Mixed Snack Platter (Mixed Tray) ...delicious. Arrived hot, crunchy, and not soggy. Chimi Regular Regular Chimi was pretty good. I only received 1 Empanadas de Yuca Yucca Empanadas out of 2. But overall, great food. I will be ordering again soon. Thank you

I’ve tried their food a few times different things just to give them the benefit of the doubt, but the food is always salty. I ordered a 4 golpes without eggs on doordash bc as a fellow dominican, you can’t go wrong w smashed plantains right? WRONG. The food came w a fried fly in it. It was disgusting. I’m pregnant and it was just horrible. If I were you I would stay away. Obviously there are hygiene and health issues.
