Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónWe placed an order on the mobile app and got nuggets and fries. We eat our fries with ranch and Buffalo so we ordered extras. When we got to the store I ran in to grab the food and the manager calls me to the counter to say so you got 16 sauces do you really need 16 sauces? I am immediately taken back because as someone who works in customer service I know that is NOT to way you talk to your customers. So as I 'm trying to push my frustration aside she continues on to tell me that I either have to pay for the extra sauces or she 's not going to give me the amount I ordered. I try to explain that I 'm just the one running in to grab the food not the one who placed the order but she kept talking over me to repeat how excessive it was and that they 're going to make me pay for them if I want that many. I told her to just do whatever she wanted because I wasn 't the one who placed the order. She cut me down on my sauces. What confuses me is if your mobile app allows you to order that many sauces then does the restaurant not have to honor this? I know not all food chains have control over the app BUT it 's still something that should be honored. And to ask do you really need that many? Is so unprofessional. Purposefully embarrassing customer is ridiculous.
#dobettermcdonalds in Gouverneur NY Today I went to order dinner . I asked for 4meals. 2-were 6piece chicken nugget happy meals one with dr.pepper the other with sprite. With BBQ and sweet and sour sauce. One MED. 2 burger meal (without pickles or onions W/SPRITE and one LARGE double quarter pounder meal with no onions W/SPRITE AT THE DRIVE THROUGH . The guy on the speaker said does everything look correct? 1st Mistake . I said no the quarter pounder meal was supposed to be large not a med. Which I got a reply of ok have them fix it at the first window. Get that fixed and paid go to the pickup window and I'm handed 4 drinks 2.mistake all sprite so I say so sorry it was supposed to be 1.dr.pepper 3 sprites. Get that fixed get the rest of my order check the bag 3.mistake NO SAUCE so I pull around and send my daughter in to ask for sauce. Then get all the way home to find mistake 4. only fries and a toy in the happy meal boxes ugh so I call and talk to a Male manager who says come back and I will remake them for u they will be ready for u as soon as u get here. So I drive back down there wait a while before I'm even acknowledged by a female manager who didn't have any knowledge of my complaint. Then took the time to put in the remake and fill it her self.(thank you for fixing the mistake WOW. 5 MISTAKES IN 1 ORDER IS 5 TO MANY. DO BETTER.
