Grandpa Jimmy's Scottish Bakery & Tearoom

Although I did not dine in at this restaurant, I went to pick up some pastries which they offer in various varieties. The Dundee cake, Balmoral tarts, and Empire cookies were all delicious. It was definitely worth the drive.

This is a fantastic spot to grab scones for breakfast or lunch. They are always freshly baked and tend to sell out by midday. Don't forget to also sample their delicious shortbread cookies.

We loved this stop in Grand Bend! Warm, out-of-the-oven tarts for me, meat pie for my husband, and not-too-sweet shortbread for the long kids. Everything was tasty & fresh.

Make a trek to this location as often as possible...their meat pies are superb and so tasty and all the baked goods are extremely tasty....grab a coffee/tea/cider and just relax....

My family have been ordering from Grandpa Jimmy's for all of our birthday celebrations for as long as a can remember- great pastries, pies and cakes. My parents really enjoy the meat pies as well!
