Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónTheir website advertises that they have music and a magician while you're eating dinner. I chose this place for a steak dinner and the entertainment. Once we arrived we ordered dinner and was wondering when the entertainment began as there was an empty stage. Our waiter informed us that there use to be entertainment there years ago and they just hadn't updated their website. Huge disappointment and frankly lazy management that can't manage to update their website. On another note, the service was fine, ambiance was cute and the food was okay. The petite Sirloin steak was cooked well, the baked potato came with butter and sour cream on the side without chives, and the cheesy pasta was okay. No rolls or any kind of bread was included. It was basically overpriced and mediocre. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.
This location is huge!! They have so many seating options inside outside. There's also tv's everywhere so you are able to see any game that your heart desires! We came here to celebrate a friends engagement after we visited the Grand Canyon! There was no wait and the staff and servers were great. I order a steak with mushrooms and mash potatoes and it delivered! The mash potatoes were creamy and full of flavor, the mushrooms were cooked wonderfully and were also tasty. Was it the best steak I've ever had? No, but it was delicious. For appetizer we ordered potato skins, and these were a big hit in our party of 6! They were so crispy, full of flavor, and the staff didn't skimp out on the bacon and cheese. The spinach artichoke dip was delicious, however you couldn't taste the spinach all you really tasted was cheese. Luckily we are huge cheese fans! My fiancé ordered a cheeseburger which he loved, and recommended! The fries needed more salt but were pretty crispy. This isn't a fancy restaurant, so you can definitely dress more casual!
Longest I've ever had to wait on food..... Waited an hour for it to come out and it wasn't even to busy.
After a 4 hour drive and walking the canyon for a few hours you work up an appetite. We googled the local restaurants and decided on this place since it had the highest rating. We show up and get the last parking spot and, walking up, the place is full (all good signs). We walk in and are seated right away in a massive room with a stage. It kind of reminded me of a dinner theater. All the lights go out, the screen on, the stage lights up, and nothing happens. It 's a bunch of strangers just looking around wondering what 's happening. The lights come on, and dinner resumes. The waitress comes over and asks for our full order. We order. The French onion soup come (not bad, but more of a French onion broth with a little cheese on top). 2 minutes later the food comes. It looks good. It doesn 't taste good. Totally under seasoned, mushy chicken fried steak, a red wine glaze without the wine, steak medallions without any flavor, just unappetizing. I 'll give it to them that they know how to bake a potato but come on, it 's a baked potato. The mashed potatoes tasted like the Idaho potato 90 second packs from the super market. We scratched at our food, our waitress came back and offered us to go boxes. We declined. (The only reason they get 2 stars). The manager came over, asked us out opinion of the food, and comped the dinners. He was very apologetic. We paid for the soup and liquor (as we should). We weren 't looking for a hand out but it was a nice gesture seeing we handed back 85% of our dinner. All in all, don 't go here. We 're at The Grand Hotels ' bar currently and their soup of the day has already topped anything I had at Big E 's Steakhouse
Very delicious food; friendly service. yummy dessert
