It is one thing if a take-out restaurant does not pack a fork to eat your meal. Sure a supervision! It is a completely different level of bad service if the manager/owner refuses to come at the reception to suggest that: if no fork is packed, the waiter could ask if the moats need a fork before they drive 3 blocks to a park, unload the dog and open the bag only to its impossible to eat rice without utensils. Not only did the manager not want to talk to me, it also insisted that I, like the customer, should know that it is automatically not included in my take-out bag and it is my responsibility for asking one. What are they, 0.20 cents each? It was a $16 meal. I will not be back
