They got one item wrong in my drive thru order. I'll continue to go because for fast food it's delicious.
I just received a delivery and this was the WORST DELIVERY on the Road I have ever received. My Wife Ordered Grub Hub Delivery and Ordered online as she does often for me when I travel for work. She Ordered (3) Cheese Melts and a Doritos Locos Taco with Sour Cream and the Cinnabon Dessert. I received (3) EMTPY SOFT SHELLS ONLY, a Doritos Taco Shell full of One piece of meat and Sour Cream ONLY, and Cinnabons Dessert that was hard and rock and I almost couldn’t bite through one! After driving all day and needing a hot dinner so I could relax in my Hotel Room I am so disappointed, disheartened, and HUNGRY! Doesn’t anybody care anymore or have any desire to look out for your Customers? What happened here? How do you mess up this badly? I got screwed and now it is too late to try somebody else. Thanks a lot crew of Tack Bell, hope you are proud of yourselves. Lazy, uncaring, and just mean. Hungry Traveler
