Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI don't know if they were understaffed or what, but if I could give zero stars, I would. one of the women prepared a section that should serve a large group. we just thought we were dessert. it took about 10 minutes until a waiter came to our table. Finally, Jordan showed up, gave us ice water, took our job and never returned. we sat there for another 20 minutes, while we noticed that he commanded another great group of people. we finally decided to go. completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I'm not back.
The Kitchen burned my Aunt food but after sending the food back twice, they corrected it and didn’t charge her because of the inconvenience. It was also hot where it was supposed to be air conditioned in the building.
The server was polite. The food and drink are expensive. The reason why not recommend. From the time of ordering to the table was over 45mins that was the appetizers, and it didn’t come out hot it was very warm. And it wasn’t that busy. I understand that it new owners and the place is cleaner, I hope they can improve.
Fish sandwich had no flavor, grilled chicken sandwich very dry. Onion rings were hard to chew. I thought with new ownership it'd be better, but it will a hard NO on returning.
If you thought it couldn't get any worse under new ownership think again. Constantly running out food and when they do have food it is over priced and doesn't taste that great. Drinks and food are overpriced, you don't get what you pay for. Wait staff is great but from what I have seen and been told they get zero support from management when things go wrong such as being out of menu items or food taking over an hour to come out of the kitchen and when it does the orders are wrong or cooked poorly a lot of the time.
