Firehouse Gastro Park - Grand Prairie

Best place in Grand Prairie to eat a sit down meal. Burgers here are amazing. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. I can't recommend this place enough.

We went to this place because it looked very cool. Well, it WAS a very cool place. The bar was pretty cool. They had an extensive bar selection with, I think, craft beers on tap; also, domestic available. It kind of reminded me of a bar in the movie Cocktail. I had an Old Fashioned. It was good, however, it was made a little different, so was it really an Old Fashioned? No Luxardo cherries or orange peel. Not sure if she put bitters or not. It was still good. Now for the food....well, my burger was edible because I was hungry. That 's it. It was dry and unseasoned. I ordered medium. Nope. It came out well done. I would think if you had an extensive burger menu, you kind of specialize in burgers and you 'd get it right almost every time. Maybe, I was the one who got the almost one. The people I was with liked their food the veggie burger, the chicken sandwich, and the grilled cheese on sour dough (that looked really delicious). But, I didn 't eat their food, so that 's why this place gets a 2 from me. It looks like a nice place to go sit in the back and watch the live band play, and have a few drinks. I 'd still check it out if I were you. Get that Grilled Cheese Sandwich!

Service was A1, and that brisket Gouda sandwich was so good! Zucchini fries, and the space there was so lovely. Definitely a modern f-r-i-e-n-d-s vibe !

Great atmosphere, attractive staff and friendly service, best chicken strips I've ever head. Quality chicken and breading and ranch were on point. I don't live around here but would definitely come back.
