We had late lunch and dinner. The food was delicious and served quickly. The server Zachary was very nice and proactive. Great work.
We had always liked cotton patches and the chicken fried steak/ chicken was one of the better. Unfortunately, our last family order of this dish was quite overwhelming and expensive for what we received $100 for 3 adults and 2 children, no drinks or dessert). This place has gone downhill and it shows portion sizes in food quality and shrinkage. When we wanted to pick up the order, we said that the baked potato would be another 45 minutes in our order! We have selected another page and the hostess said we get drinks and wait at the bar until our order comes. We were totally ignored for 10 min and never received as much as a greeting. As soon as we get home, we discovered that we were missing things. I called back to request a partial refund of this article or perhaps a gift voucher. I was told that the refund would be applied in 5 to 7 days, so I wait. No refund appeared, so I called back and spoke to the manager at the service. The MOD raised my concerns and spoke to the GM. I was told that the GM would call me personally later on the day to discuss my options. I never heard anything back, and at this point they lost me as a customer. If you expect high quality food and service from Cotton Patch, you might want to try another location...
