The staff was friendly, but the service was very slow. We dined at the restaurant two nights in a row and had to wait a long time for our food, especially on the 14th. Our server rarely checked on us during the wait or refilled our drinks, and even forgot one of our drinks. The food was decent but not outstanding, with limited gluten-free options. When we arrived for our reservation, we were told they didn't have it, as they apparently don't use Open Table for reservations. After waiting for half an hour, we had to push tables together ourselves.
The restaurant recently changed ownership, and despite making a reservation through OpenTable, the new owners were unable to access the reservation. They informed us that it would be a 25-minute wait for a table, but they managed to squeeze us in. However, it took over an hour and a half to finally be seated. Once we were seated, we waited for another 20 minutes without anyone coming to take our order. Frustrated, we decided to leave and ended up going to Applebee's instead. It seemed like we weren't the only ones making the switch. Overall, the service was terrible and we would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
There were six in our party and each had commented that the food was really good.
Great atmosphere, fantastic food and excellent service! I’ll definitely be back any time I’m in the area.
