Crystal Fish - Great Yarmouth

Ordered online waited 40mins then a driver comes to my door trying to give me someone else order I do the right thing and refuse the food as it is someone else, I then phone the chip shop and ask where my food is they turn around and say the driver gave my food to the wrong person and the only thing I can do is phone just eat and wait for a refund in 5-7 days. They didn’t offer to cook my food or anything disgusting customer service will never order from them again.

As a local and frequent customer I can easily rate the fish and chips the best in Great Yarmouth and probably all of Norfolk.

The hips are dry like oven chips. Tasteless. The fish which was supposed to be haddock was not fresh and dripping in fat. The 4 kids didn't eat it and they always love there fish n chips. Terrible awful

Last night, our taxi driver suggested this restaurant to us and we're glad we listened. The fish and chips were delicious and reasonably priced. There is convenient parking nearby, which is a plus. We will definitely return. The portion of chips was the biggest I've ever seen!

Called here whilst on holiday after a long drive. Had fish and chips, the fish was lovely with a huge portion of tasty chips. Service was excellent. Not expensive either.
