Scooter's Coffee - Green Meadows

There was only one person working at a busy time, all by herself with many orders of 4+ drinks. I was really impressed with how she handled how busy she was. My drink was yummy and the barista was very efficient.

There’s one person working here who literally opens the window and says nothing, she waits till you order. Doesn’t seem like she ever wants to be there! Don’t work in the barista industry if you don’t have the personality for it! I go To the 120th location because I want friendly service and they’re ALWAYS friendly!Now don’t get me wrong, there are some gals there that are just super nice! But this one person ruins that whole location for me.

105 heat index and you have 1 elderly employee working by herself for multiple days. She was DRENCHED in sweat. This is how you treat your employees? She did a great job despite working in that hotbox alone.

Hmmm says it closes at 8 which is clearly not true we were there at 753 and no one would come to window or answer phone. Even honked! Great customer service not! Why say you close at 8 if that’s clearly not when u close?
