Japanica - Greenfield

Beautiful restaurant. Comfy, cozy atmosphere. Servers and service 5 stars. Friendly staff. Very tentative. Hibachi is awesome.I enjoyed being here immensely. Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options. Parking: Lots of parking spaces, but unfortunately lots of cars as well. I was lucky to get a spot.

Good food, fast service. I dont have any dine in experience, I normally order for take out.

Unfortunately the waiting area is not very clean, doors and windows dirty. Even with a reservation we were kept waiting until one of the chefs was available. The food was ok, a little too much soy sauce on everything.

The host sat down at a table with not enough chairs. Bumped us right up to a table where people were Drinking and bumping into my daughter. Waited 10 minutes and just left due to no one acknowledging us after we sat down.

Terrible service. ordered salmon hibachi and they gave me shrimp. when told they messed up the chef and waitress proceeded to yell at us and blame us for the mistake. so instead of giving me my full portion they gave me half and charged me for shrimp and steak. we tried to have them fix the charge because shrimp and steak is significantly more expensive than the salmon, again we were met with yelling and when the manager finally came out to help, he took a phone call in the middle of us trying to explain what happened and went outside. when trying to leave the waitress blocked the door and told us we couldn’t leave. awful awful service i would never go back here again.
