Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Greensboro

I did an online order last minute, but the frieze were down and they couldn't finish it. the manager robert went over and beyond, was apologetic and went so far to reimburse me in the load, so I did not have to call the customer service. I just wanted to say thank you for having a little more time to leave a customer happy about the situation.

Let me begin with the only thing that was positiw, the chicken sandwiches were good. but everything was not. 1) immediately after we arranged the staff behind the counter, the hollering and the quessing were on top of each other. 2) the staff opened the emergency exit to the holler and gave to other employees who were outside. 3) there was what seemed to be a person on drug doing something suspicious in the bathroom. 4) there was no straw 5) there was no ranch. my wife and I decided after ordering our food instead of eating that it would be better to go because we did not feel comfortable in this environment.

They close at 11 o'clock and we arrived at 10 o'clock. they were made of original chicken sandwiches and apparently also pommes?! the huh that I could understand, but pommes? who said we were for the rest of the night that I suspected they just didn't make around 10 o'clock! the spicy chicken sandwiches were prefabricated so that they could not leave the soak that is so salty. unhealthy and with a attitude as always. just not professional.

I haven't been to this Popeyes place for years. every time I had a terrible experience, whether it was inside or going through. I decided to give him another chance tonight I went to places to order and terry and the new manager was amazing, the crew customer service wonderful, he deserves an increase. if he decides to work there, I would hire himexcellent experience tonight for terry many thanks that they have changed my experience with this restaurant big job

I realize it may be unusual to give a fast food franchise a 5-star rating, but this Popeye 's really earns it. From the time I placed my order with a very friendly and helpful associate until it was delivered through the window, I knew this was going to be everything that I had grown to expect from Popeye 's. The food was hot and fresh and very tasty. I don 't eat fast food often. When I do, I want quality and consistency. This Popeye 's checks all the boxes.
