Dunkin' - Greensburg

I am an everyday customer sometimes more than once a day and since the remodle, everyone working doesn't care to take their time or pay attention. I am tired of spending money and getting horrible coffees that aren't made right or even stirred. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Would love too give zero stars. Ordered coffee for 60 ppl a week in advance, then stopped in 4 days before I needed it to talk to them in person. Called and confirmed the order a day before. Showed up at 7am to pick up my order, and they were totally obvious to my order. I watched them write it down in there book and everytime I talked to them they assumed me with was a simple order. They told me it would be over 30 minutes to get all the coffee made, and they didn 't have enough boxes to put all they coffee in. When speaking to the in charge person the best they could offer me was I placed the order to early, and they sell alot of coffee in a week I was late to my event with the coffee that my company was the sponsor for. They offered to discount my bill by 1 box of joe. I will never return and I will make it a point to tell everyone of there poor customer service.

Since the remodel I have never experienced such rude customer service ever. They seriously need to hire people who actually care about their customers. If you don't like your job don't do it. I liked coming here before your remodel. I can't wait for youngwood to open so I can stop there instead. This is ridiculous Service: 2

Went to the 'newly remodeled ' Dunkin ' to see what changes were made... the place looks the same with less room for customers to sit. There were 3 tables to sit at, 2 were dirty. The floors were filthy and there was a lid to what I assume was a whipped cream canister laying on the floor on the way to the restrooms. Restroom had a sign that it was 'thoroughly sanitized ' several times throughout the day, but the sink was disgusting and had hair on it. Donut was good, cashier was friendly. I will only be going through the drive thru if I go back again at all... if the front of the store is that dirty, I don 't want to know what it 's like where customers can 't see what 's going on.
