Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThe Price! I got 3 burritos, chips and guacamole and it was $44.00 !! Holy Toledo Burrito! It's been awhile since I ate there because I had over $100 of gift card accumulated over a couple years because the Chipotle at Haywood mall never had enoughemployees and you had to order online and my gift cards didn't work online so I've held onto them only for the prices toDouble!! On the upside the Service was Excellent and they prepared it great! Again the Staff did a Great Job making sure all theMeats were full everything was ready they prepared everything efficient! Great job Staff! Boo Chipotle Corporate!!!!!
I saw all the negative reviews but found myself at this location despite that. However the reviews are all reasonable and true! I have worked in the service industry as both a worker and a manager and even short staffed we still found ways to maintainurgency, friendliness and quite frankly pride in maintaining a clean work space. I am not sure what all is going on at thislocation but it seems to me there is a lack of leadership and sense of pride in work. I was not greeted or even acknowledgeduntil about 5 minutes after waiting at the front. There was a lack of options to choose from and they had been open for 30minutes. Its one thing at the end of the day to be kind of out of stuff but at the beginning of the day you should be ready. Theguacamole was completely brown. The work space and dining area were not clean. One staff member had headphones in. So Chipotlewhat say you? This location needs help on many fronts.
Ok, so I get it. There is a labor shortage, but Chipotle admits that selling is more important than servicing! If you don't believe me, then order pick up and let it go wrong. You can call but you will be told to handle your issue through the app sothe associates can focus on selling. Of course my words but call and you will hear and agree. Now, the last two times I'veordered and picked up my food was not right. On this occasion I received a quesodilla without cheese...really...is there evensuch a thing?! See Pic for what I got when they got it right (just aa). Someone got heavy handed on the spices, though I canlive with it. Chipotle used to be always good but now there is to much inconsistency with the offerings and between locations. The one thing that is becoming consistent is the need for a do over. To be fair, as I always try to be; on the return to thestore to address the fail everyone was helpful and nice and made the correct quesodilla. So I'm happy for the no fuse, my bad,who did that, how can you not put cheese on it...you get the point. I don't think takeout is an option anymore for me, gas is toexpensive. Plus I believe in having good customer service after the sell.
I haven?t been to Chipotle in a very long time but decided to give it another shot after getting an amazing BOGO offer. I did an online order and was told that it would be ready at 1:00. I arrived and there were not any pickup orders on the pickup shelf. There were a few folks standing off to the side, so I assumed they were awaiting their orders as well. I ended up going over tothat side and waited and waited. Forty minutes later, I was finally asked if I'm waiting for a a pickup order. I was then toldthat it wasn't ready. I finally got my order 46 minutes after it was supposed to be ready.
Food is consistent, which is the only reason I rate this high. Consistently understaffed to where even online orders are almost 30-60minutes past the order time. DO NOT get in the car pool line or else your committed to a long wait. You can?t cancel anonline order once it?s been placed. Other wonderful eats close by that are just as healthy and consistent without a company thatunder-prepares
