Chicken Express - Greenville

I don't know why I keep thinking this place is going to get better. A brand new building was just opened for the Commerce Chicken Express, but the food is still poorly done, the price is outrageous, and the service is slow. I do not see HOW this unit is still open?

My family, which includes a 5 year old and a 1 year old, got raw chicken strips. We called over the phone the manager told us that the chicken was done. Not sure how you would know that if you can 't see the chicken. Long story short, I called what I thought was corporate. I won 't go back, but thought they might care so no one (especially children like mine) get sick. I spoke with Nancy Staurt apparently the owner. She didn 't care and was rude. I can 't believe a company that 's expanded so much could leave themselves so negligent! All I wanted was We 'll check the friers or something to that effect. Beware of the raw chicken!
