However, the staff was exceptionally friendly, and the sandwich was delicious once it was ready. The restaurant appeared to be busy with a continuous line at the drive-thru and a decent lunch crowd. Perhaps it was just an off day for them.
The food was good! However, I don't like how they put the sauce under the bread. I would prefer for the employees to just place the sauce in my bag instead. Also, their drive-thru service needs improvement.
I am not sure who prepared the toast for my order, but it was toasted and buttered perfectly.
