Meatball Eatery Libations

The place was clean, not too crowded, and tasty. This was our first visit so we wanted to stick with the basics, beef meatballs and pasta with a couple of house made sodas. We were not disappointed and will be going back to venture out on the menu. The portions matched well with the prices and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Looking forward to returning soon.

Went on a quiet weeknight for dinner. Despite no crowd and plenty of staff on the floor, we still waited what seemed a long time for both drinks and our meals. When our meals arrived, one was fresh and one had baked under a heat lamp to the point where the sauce was completely dried out and just caked onto the meal and plate. The server's response was to bring a bowl of fresh sauce. That did nothing to revive the dried out meatballs and plasticized pasta. The bread served with the other plate of meatballs was chewy and not suitable as part of a main dish. We did get a fresh plate of the overheated meal, but after eating over-priced mediocre food in shifts we will not be returning to this restaurant.

This place had decent food and wine but our service was disappointing. Our waiter pretty much ignored us. Never once asked how we were doing or if we would like another drink or anything for that matter. It appeared some lady, perhaps the manager, was walking around asking how things were, but is she going to serve us a drink or bread with our pasta? Not the best experience in my opinion.

Great service and drinks! Went 2 times in the weekend. Sat at bar and on the floor. Great food. Try the Smokey Old Fashioned!!

I highly recommend Meatball Zig Zag!! Incredible food, excellent service, and cool drinks!! I was extremely impressed with the food, service, and ambiance when I ate there, so I decided to hold my first work event there. I was blown away by the quality of the food and drinks, menu variety for everyone at the event, level of service, attention to detail, and support in making that event so memorable and successful! I want to sincerely thank Brock, Sarah, and Joelle for their time, attention, and dedication in ensuring my event was perfect!!
