Waffle House - Gretna

I placed a phone order the lady on the phone was polite and nice. She went outside (still on the phone w me) to let cook know there was a phone order. So the ladies who were sitting outside started talking spack to her, I heard her say the lady is in the parking lot. I waited about 3 minutes no one moved. So I pulled up to the group and told the lady i was on the phone to cancel the order. She said oh she was about to get up, I told her no its ok... customer service from the cooking staff sucks. And if this was their mood all night sales should be down. Mind you there was a guy in his uniform sitting in his truck sleep. The entire overnight staff was outside that is not sanitary. Waffle house yall paid that crew to relax because they wasnt working.

What in the heck is this place! I pull up and someone’s getting arrested in the parking lot. Then there’s an employee sitting outside the front door in a chair smoking a cigarette. The kitchen was a whole hot mess and dirty. The service was just okay.

They always take good care of me and the Ladies at Anointed Creations Beauty Salon located directly across the street. Thank you for the wonderful Smells early in the morning

Food was quick and exactly as order. Restaurant was clean. Staff were engaging.

Great place to discover, retro style, good lunch and you have to try the waffles, reasonable price.
